I chose a crystal ball to be the picture for this blog because this is another year of change and the unknown. Not knowing is hard on us, we like certainty. What is happening in the world can make us feel powerless. Focusing on what we can control and what we have power over, like our behaviour, can help us. If gambling has become your way of escaping from the stress of this past year, you are not alone. This site and this blog are here to give you support, information and encouragement about how you can change your gambling behaviour. Whether it is a huge change or a very small change you want to make. If you want help, I am here. No judgement, I follow your lead and listen to what you want to see change in your life.
